I'd flavor the white sauce. Lots of possibilities but plain white sauce, not worth the calories. I'd want to enhance the flavor of the broccoli not cover it.
The aluminium was not necessary. As much as possible avoid as it's not good for health.

Stir fry chicken first /garlic then put aside make sauce in same pan and in a clean pot boil water add broccoli π₯¦ steam for 3 min then add ur garlic olive oil , mix them together add chz π @ least broccoli π₯¦ ll not over cooked chicken under cooked π€π, i tried before it work
