    I made the RPL red lentil curry with chana because I had quite a lot and it turned out really well. Tip: if you're adding the almond butter (or any kind of nut butter to your food), blitz it with water from the coconut milk in a bullet blender because it doesn't melt into the pot and you don't want a glob of almond butter in your food.

    For the tofu katsu, I've also found air frying them is a good in-between. I don't really like frying things in house, but baking them makes them kinda stiff.. so I found air frying to be just right (:

    I know you're not much of a protein shake girlie but the brand Form Nutrition has a tiramisu flavoured post workout protein powder. It has 30g of protein per 40g of powder. It tastes kinda coffeey/mochay to me. Ive thought of making a breakfast tiramisu with an oat flour cake, tofu filling and that protein powder. I used for a hot chocolate the other day.
