    Love this woman Chef AJ you have the best people with good clean food & wonderful personalities& creative ideas thank you.
    Let her know I have a young friend who has crones disease & she love Indian food as do I so I know we will be working with this soon

That was suuuuuuch a good suggestion to use the silicone cupcake liners for making idlis 💜 I've been wanting to make my own but always been hindered by not having a proper idli steamer 😌 so good to know another way, thank you so much 💗 and just in general, Shobha was such a delight 💖 thank you both, so very much ☺ great to get to meet her, and hear her story, and see her fantastic demonstration 🙏

    I bought a vegan indian cookbook but it does have oil and sugar in the recipes. I just omit them and cook the recipe since im SOS. But it would be great to have an SOS free indian cook book.
