Well done 👍 My mom made same when i was a kid seasoned only with salt & pepper i just made some last week with green peppers. I was so young first time I ate shell pasta i actually thought the shells were real and softened by cooking, 🤣

Chef Jeffrey, the Pasta Shells with Meat sauce looks so delicious. My Mama would use elbow macaroni, and homemade pasta sauce. Thank you for the homemade sauce, and please get some rest. Stay safe.

Give yourself another Covid-19 test. My husband and I both had Covid-19 at the same time. We gave ourselves a home rapid test and it said negative. Two days later we repeated and it said positive. Two days later I took a PCR test and it was positive. Sometimes with the home test it doesn’t pick up the virus right away. You want to be sure to protect your workers. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Chef, that sauce is fabulous. Yes the tomato paste is the key. I use it all the time. Thanks for the tip and the salt tip too with the water and pasta. I hope you feel better . Get some rest. Staying prayerful for your mom too. God is good and sustains us. Take care.

I hope you're feeling better. My mom would make something very similar to your dish. She would stir in some frozen peas at the very end and also top it with some cheddar cheese when she served it up.

I love this. I add green pepper and garlic. A pound of meat feeds a lot of people. That dinner for six probably costs $6-7. And it's filling. Love you Jeffrey. Keep up the great work! Duke from Cape Cod! I also live alone and this can feed me for at least multiple days. If you accept Jeffrey's teachings, you can literally live for next to nothing. BTW I just purchased a bunch of Bell and Evens chicken thighs and drumsticks at @1.29 lb. They're package in vacuum seal containers that weigh about 1.5 lbs. Just put six drumsticks in Jeffrey's buttermilk marinade. Another two days of great food and the chicken cost (best chicken BTW) was $1.82.
