Chef Jeff looked up Golden dip and could only find it at restaurants supply store. Amazon has the fish and vegetables mix but not Tempura. I did find McCormick brand, have you tried it? Is it similar? Thanks

Chef Jeff I’m looking for a stuffed cabbage recipe. Do u have one? I haven’t cooked those in yrs. I’m going to try your stuffed bell peppers. I like those. I eat everything inside, but not the bell peppers.🀣 Enjoy the weekend!

This has me wondering if this is actually the key to how they make the famous calabash seafood batter on the coast of North Carolina. It's also known for a crisp but light breading. Im gonna play around with this stuff for sure.
