Have you ever eaten fried turnips? My sister fried them just like potatoes and they were very good. Living alone I would never use up that many twice-baked potatoes but they sure look good.

I appreciate that you are teaching us some different dishes to help serve our families. The make ahead goods make it so much easier on the days we feed the family. Green peppers I can't eat anymore, but the others are perfect. You make changes as you get older. The good Lord gave us taste buds for a reason. Blessings

Yes, I am making Ms. Gaye 's crunch cake, I am making Leslie, mac and cheese. and Leslie sweet potato pie. but I will make ham., and green beans, and somebody made corn casserole that look delicious without the jiffy mix, I think Ms. Gaye made that too.
