When I rehydrate my soy curls, I always rehydrate in chkn broth rather than water, and it makes an absolute world of difference with the soy curl "after taste," so just thought I'd share! I squeeze out the excess broth before I use them in a recipe. So good! π
Also, my medium female dog and my fat male CAT both need their anal glands expressed regularly, it's the WORST! I feel your pain! π©
