    Ingredients youโ€™ll need:

    – 185g (2/3 Cup) Blueberries
    – 10g Vegan Protein Powder
    – 10g Powdered Peanut Butter
    – 10g Oats
    – 10g Oat Fiber (can sub for 10g more Oats)
    – 10g Erythritol/Sugar Replacement Sweetener
    – 5g (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract
    – Splash of Almond Milk
    – Pinch of Salt
    – 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

    Made this today and it was so good. I wish you would also include table spoons/cups for the sweetener because mine is a lot less dense and measuring it by weight is always way way too sweet so I have to guess

    DUDE!!! I made this tonight and topped it with my vanilla protein ice cream made in the CREAMi. OMG that was straight up ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ deliciousness!!!! You gotta try that.

    I bet that'd be good with other fruits or with sugar-free vanilla ice cream. For crumbles, I prefer apples or peaches. Oddly enough, blueberries are one of my least favorite fruits (they taste like aspirin to me).

    Catalina Crunch

    Have you tried Catalina Crunch? I really like their chocolate – it tastes a lot like an ores cookie without the cream! Their cinnamon sugar is great too. I feel like you could make a lot of new recipes using Catalina crunch. Itโ€™s a great mix in for protein froyo or mixed with Greek yogurt. I think it could go great crumbled as a crust or used as a thickener of sorts.
