Dude.. I live alone the last 6 years.. been kinda down etc due to my own issues, but wanted to thank you for your silly sense of humor… you made me smile this morning as I cooked my own hard boiled eggs and looked up other egg recipies.. which led me to your videos. Keep on being funny and helping others.. again, I thank you very much for giving me a great recipe to eat a little more healthily in my rented room! The benefits of an instant pot.. don't even need a stove to cook sooooo many meals.. all I need is one plug on the wall and a sink to wash the liner! Amazing machine.

I really enjoyed your video, I used less ingredients than you did. peppers onions and shredded ham only. but I needed 32 min for mine. i probably should have done 35. same amount of milk etc. what size cooker did you use. only other thing i can think of that may be different is the altitude difference. i used 1.5 cups water in 8qt

I love our insta-pot, but there is a time and place for every thing. This could have been done AS FAST and MUCH TASTIER in one pan by adding sausage and onions (even bacon) until done and pouring the 12 eggs over it and let firm up – then melting cheese by covering the pan.

Adding frozen or thawed sausages and raw onions to the steamer surely will cook everything, but it wont have the sauteed taste the same ingredients would have if cooked in a pan together.

This works, but it isn't a time saver, and it does nothing for the flavor.

PS, your pizza potpie looked like a total failure – might have been saved under a broiler for a few minutes – BUT you could have left the bottom crust off, cause it surely wasn't needed and made a doughy looking mess of it..

BUT, I love most all your shows, but if it isnt saving time, and you'd only need one pan – I keep it to the stove top.
