the good thing about cooking is that you can change it and use what you like/prefer
I tried this tonight Amy,I will do the chicken breast next time,and I didn't like the cornstarch and water slurry,it got too thick so not sure I will add that next time,it tasted really good tho,didn't turn out bad for me this time as I dont have a good record with cooking things in this appliance,I have a love hate relationship with my Instapot,I am just a smidge intimidated by it
