I ran out and stocked up on ingredients for that rice bowl . Hot digity dog the peanut sauce was spicy ๐ฎbut so tasty. ๐

We do roasted veggies a lot, too. Of course, I like onions! I always forget about sweet potatoes. Thanks for the reminder. They are going on the list today.
Hi. Thanks for yet another nice easy peasy supper recipe. Question: where did you find the dry tofu. I havenโt seen it here in Niagara. I actually make my own tofu but I like to have ready made on hand if Iโm in a hurry. Have a super nice day!
