Does anyone know what the name and brand are of those two pastes he used?
Hear me out: shirataki fire noodles
These are actually the worst form of shirataki. In China there are different shapes that make far superior noodle replacements.
Amazing, I never thought of making jajangmyeon shirataki.
Is the sauces u added low sugar?
Hi. What brand is that black bean paste? Thanks!
i tried making this without the black bean paste and it wasn't very good, What did i do wrong?
I finally got around to trying this recipe, except I used sweet chili instead.
Had to order the ingredients home, as all I have so far found locally, was a few packets of shirataki nooodles.
And I leaned that I only like the consistency of the "thin" noodles.
It was surprising good.
I expected that I at least would have to experiment a bit. But it was great at the first try.
Added frozen peas and corn as that was a simple way to add some variation.
omg i love how you used korean sauces like gochujang and jjajang! I'm going to be using this recipe a ton!!
can u please link the scale you are using? 🙂
Bro made 짜장면. Nice.
ill try these tomorrow!
You could also add mushrooms, onion etc.
Oh cool it’s also vegan
Thanks for the video
Name makes people think it’s made from a mushroom…
It's expensive 😩 I can eat 2 packs.. each pack is $3.99
I tried those, but man, they were terrible. Chewing them felt like eating rubber.
For protein, pork works best for this dish.
Thanks now i know what i buyed out of curiosity. xD
Felu, I have tried most of your shirataki recipes now, I think. Do you have any Italian style recipes for the spaghetti version of this noodle?
I love bringing this for lunch, I'm also less sleepy after because my blood sugar doesn't drop as much!
I saw someone comment about dry version of shirataki noodles so I went to a supermarket nearby to see if I can find it. I live in Japan so I thought I should be able to find them easily. Long story short, the supermarket worker said “珍しい” (unusual)…
But the smell would make a maggot puke. I tried eating them couldn't do it stunk so bad
it doesn't matter because black bean noodle sauce already has a lot of calories.
Felu, thank you for all the different shirataki noodles. Alas, I still don't like these noodles. Can't stand them…lol. I will make the same recipe with Udon. I know it will be higher in calories but I will live with it.
Welche Feinwaage benutzt du da eigentlich?
I'm doing a severe deficit cut, I stir fried mine with spiraled zucchini and eat it with chicken breast. Comes out to be about 300 calories total for a tasty and filling lunch😁
You make cook books , and cooking podcast , this is gay
Can yu eat this everyday and loose weight??
I made your same recipe today and it was delicious! Thanks for sharing.
Don't gochujiang and black bean paste have a ton of sugar per serving? I live in East Asia, and I find that the trouble with pretty much every processed food/restaurant food here is that the sugar is super high. It doesn't taste that way because the extremely high salt content balances out the taste, but it's there. Correct me if I'm wrong, please.
I always thought you drank Konjak…now I can eat it too…. Cheers 😂
Why does everyone says they smell bad??😅 I was expecting to hate the smell when I opened the packaging but I actually loved it lmao!😂 I thought it smelled like grilled chicken😂😂😂
I'll have big bowl of these, veg, meat etc and it blows my mind that it's only about 300 calories.
Hi, very good explanation. I was wondering if it is ok that after rinsing, boil the shirataki for 2/3 mins and then take it to the pan? Is this a good way of cooking them (in other words, mixing the two processes that you showed)? Thank you!!
Is there a link for the bean paste?
What sauce did you use here???
I've never had stomach pain or discomfort eating this almost daily for a week.
My local store started selling this exact same brand recently and I’ve been loving it! Chicken and vegetables with some green curry, I just throw the shirataki straight on the plate as it is after a quick rinse. I tried dry frying them but I prefer them unprepared
