I do my best to be proud of Vermont, it can be a challenge sometimes but Cabot yes! Ben and Jerry’s yes. You can can get relatively cheap anywhere in Vermont but on any military base both are cheaper!!! Especially B&J.

These look delicious! I love all of our Tennessee sausages: Tennessee Pride (now made in Jackson), Wampler's from Lenoir City, and Swaggerty's from Kodak. I still need to try chorizo.

Looks delicious! I wouldn’t be able to handle the richness of that gravy on top, even with the pico. I would go for some green enchilada sauce and a little Mexican white cheese. But it’s all good, a great idea for breakfast!

I like corn tortillas better than flour but every time I buy them at the store they fall apart, they are not malleable like the flour. Anyway, these enchiladas you made look great as usual.
