Are they aware that queso it’s not anything specific it’s just saying cheese? It’s like saying gimme some “cheese” and expecting a specific sauce from a specific cheese
This was amazing! Tasted great. A tip for anyone who makes this, don't use hot sauce that has alot of vinegar. I used crystals hot sauce and it curdled lmao but it still tasted good the texture was really off. I could not eat it but will definitely make agian if I hav3 different hot sauce!
Cornstarch will not fully thicken at 150f/160° must reach 203f to fully thicken so your sauce just has raw cornstarch in it unless the instructions are wrong.

This is wrong. You have to make a rue of flour or cornstarch and milk first then add the cheese. It all separates. This way sucks..
I think since you didnt disolve the corn starch before using it. Its created lumps in the cheese.
