A tip to not get stuck in the pan. >If you are using cast iron pan, oil the pan and heat it for 3 minutes. > remove the pan from stove and let it cool > slice an onion on top or a potato > keep the pan on stove, season it with a few drops of oil, rub the onion / potato > pour the batter and cover the pan with a lid, for better result. Even if its not covered its fine.
This recipe has been demonstrated by numerous WFPB Chefs for some time. I haven't had much luck as they stuckto the pan, so I'm interested to see how yours turn out!😊
