This is a great idea and a practical use when the squash plants are making an abundance of male flowers. It could also make unique appetizers for company. Bob's Red Mill also makes a 1-1 Gf flour substitute which my wife uses for Gf baking. It may work as well or better than the tapioca flour (I don't know). Have you tried it?
Hi, Lisa! I have so many "I Forgot" tomato plants! I've got a couple "No Idea" tomato plants as well because I salvaged them after a fall but the tags got lost! My squash is just started to bud, none have bloomed yet. We've just come out of a false spring type weather here in the UK. Our high temp this week was 65F and windy with hardly any sun!
Thanks for the video from harvest to mouth :). I've always heard that you can eat squash blossoms, but I could never quite work out how to deal with those delicate blossoms, until now!
