From what I saw, close enough! I do have a question though. I didn’t hear you mention what the headspace was on these recipes, and I was curious what’s headspace you were using for the chicken recipes?
Do any canned meals last for extended time beyond a year for example?

I appreciate your attention to detail lining up jar and lid labels. Canners all over YouTube willy nilly them together any which way and it drives me bananas. Do you then store them so you can read the label and the jars are backwards or do you line up the jars and read upside down and backwards?!? It’s so stupid, I’m aware but it irks my nerves anyway. 😂
