Hi Will, this morning I made this Chana dish. It is absolutely delicious. The blend of spices is spot on… 👌 I had a small carrot and a few green beans in my fridge which I finely chopped and added with the chickpeas. It's a great dish to use up some veggies you might have …. very versatile and still keeps it healthy. I'm going to attempt some yeast free naan breads next so wish me luck with that. But will be delicious with the Chana. Thanks for your great recipes and inspiration. 💕🌹

Hello. Which of your lovely cookbooks would you recommend for a mostly vegan person. I do not like highly spiced foods but i can alter that myself. I also don't like to eat tons of beans as they are hard to digest. Please recommend the best starter cookbook of yours! Thanks, Anne
