I found this recipe several years ago when my husband was on a low-carb diet. This is the only way I make it now. I do have a recipe for a larger batch, but the ingredients are the same. I also like to add mushrooms and spinach to this sauce. I've never found a store-bought alfredo that I like and the homemade recipe I used before included a roux made with flour and butter. I love that this one is just melt, stir, and eat.
