Looks good! Just curious…I see a wide variety of cooking times for pork loin roast, and maybe yours is the shortest I've seen. Have you ever measured the meat temp. after this method? I definitely want my food done, but certainly not over-cooked and dried out. For me, on a lean cut like loin, 145°F seems about right. Thanks!
I use my pressure cooker every single day. I love cooking with it.>>>ur2.pl/1035 I want to get a second one just the cook additional dishes on the side. Sometimes, when I put the lid on, it seems as if it is locked, but it isn't. I will have to readjust the lid which can slow down my cooking time. I'm pleased overall. I like the look of it. I enjoy the ease of cooking with it. Excellent item.
Don’t put garlic on the roast. It burns while browning it. Put it in with the onions or right before you put the meat back.
Looks good and super simple. Going to try it tonight. Thanks for the recipe!
“Oh piggy-piggy looks good.” Lol…😉🤪
New subscriber… made this today and it was ABSOLUTELY delicious! Easy to follow, quick, and on point. Thanks!!!

you can thicken your gravy by using the saute setting. You should never put your IP liner on the stove. Otherwise great recipe!
Looks good! Gonna try this tomorrow (Sunday Dinner) Thanks =D
What size IP is that?
