You honest to God used a scale to measure out 8 oz. of pasta? LOL I bet……it was about…..oh, let's say……. 1/2 of that 16 oz. package that you had there. HAHAHAHA!!!!!! Meanwhile…….. no saute on the chicken or onion? The scale is still killin' me!!!!!! LOL!!!!! These recipe channels are off the chain man!!!!! Good luck! Keep cookin'!!!!!

Great recipe but if you are not aware of it you are looking at yourself on the viewfinder instead of looking into the camera at your subscribers that you are teaching this recipe to. It’s very distracting just wanted you to be aware of it so maybe in the future you can look straightforward at the viewers instead of looking at yourself talk. 🙂

I have made this twice. The first time I made it I used dried sundried tomatoes, and I wasn't a fan of the texture of the tomatoes. I made it the second time tonight, but first I reconstituted the tomatoes before adding them to the recipe. I really like how quick and easy this recipe is, and the end result is delicious!
Do you need an instant pot to do this recipe??
Made this tonight! It is fabulous. I thought there could be less sun dried tomatoes and more spinach. My son said more tomatoes and less spinach. Well he should be moving out soon!

How could you adjust this to do shrimp instead of chicken? Or would it be the same
Couldn’t you just mix the better than bouillon in the measuring cup with the water?
