What I have learned from this comment section is that everyone likes their scrambled eggs differently and has a “perfect” recipe, ig scrambled eggs are really subjective. Who would’ve thunk scrambled eggs of all things 🤷

My favourite is eggs (as many as you want) then put about 4 teaspoons of butter (I never measure) to a pan then add 2table tablespoons of milk and coat the top of the bowl of eggs with parmigiana cheese and beat quickly with a fork till everything is mixed then pour them in the pan and NEVER WALK AWAY then stir them back and forth slowly, just before they are ready add salt and chop them while there in the pan with a spatula or something. Then set them aside on another burner while the pans still hot and let them sit for a minute. Whenever people stay over at my apt I make that for them.
I feel like that’s overcooked for traditional “scrambled eggs.” 🙄🙊 Also, you should scramble ON the heat, not before.
I prefer hot pan scrambled texture.

I do this also but my secret is to add 1/4 of a cream cheese block
Beat but not too much, you want tge different textures. Salt and lots of pepper.

I used to love making eggs this way but imo they loose too much weight when cooked low and slow that they actually shrink and youre left with a less filling lunch. You could get a more filling meal with just half the eggs and making it into an omelette or quick scramble in medium heat

Try putting a tablespoon of oyster sauce in them
I suggest to try whisking the eggs once before adding them to the pan to see how much fluffier they can get as opposed to beating them with a fork! 😃 The difference is delicious! It’s a fun experiment if you like scrambled eggs. If you want to make more portions do you suggest doing it all at once in one pan or separately? 😕 might sound dumb but I found with some cake batter it’s better to make the batter more times rather than a big batch

Don’t know what ghee taste like but I do this but with butter and it truly is the best way to have scrambled eggs. It’s the way Gordon Ramsey makes his eggs.
