Creamy garlic mushroom risotto is something that I make quite regularly and have made on the channel before, but this was when …
I only got one suggestion… Maybe you should consider moving somewhere nearby…. I mean just to offer a better taste valuation of your cooking of course 😀
Wow this looks so good, have always been afraid to try to make a risotto as always seemed just a little outside my comfort level and skill set but this looks totally doable. thanks Jack going to try this in the Fall am adding this to my stash of Chef Jack Keepers!
I loved your pasta version. Very very delicious. I just added chicken on top of everything else. Could you guide me towards the proportions for 1 kilo of pasta?
Hi Jack Is it OK to reheat the mushroom risotto, keeping overnight in the fridge.
Don't wash your rice PLEASE
Great video… creamy, mouth watering, decadently rich… yum! Got to be careful not to eat it all at once. You were right in remembering to portion it out especially since I usually eat alone. Thanks Chef Jack
The lemon juice overwhelmed the taste
Can this be batch cooked and frozen?
Someone else mentioned that they'd like more breakfast videos and I think that's a great idea to add. In terms of what to continue, I'd say your recent change to add more humour into your narration and editing is working really well, so continue with that!
Hey chef – Thanks. That info about not allowing the last ladle of stock to absorb has changed my life. 🙂
Jack you magnificent bastard youve done it AGAIN !!!! this looks sooo delish and easy and i dont have to spend days researching where to buy any of the ingredients nor bring in the builders to extend my kitchen to make it ! 💯👍👍
Chef Jack would love to see you make this with oats!
You asked for suggestions. I'd like to see you make technique videos, explaining basic cooking principles.
Jack of topic here but ur garlic chilli noodles is the best quick food when busy working week thx
Mushroom risotto is one of those dishes that are vegetarian without you really noticing.
Obviously, not all recipes are suitable for freezing, but for those which are, would it be possible to give instructions on what stage you should freeze at, and if you should reduce the cooking times if freezing, because freezing can sometimes have the effect of having cooked for quite a bit longer than you should have.
Additional advice on re-heating would be much appreciated too thanks.
P. S. In the UK, we call them chestnut mushrooms – just to confuse everyone 😂
going to give these a go, cheers jack
Would love to see how you make your stocks from all those scraps. I’m also really into reducing food waste, so I’d love to see how you stock your fridge or plan your weeks meals.
Absolutely love your channel though, it feels really down to earth and I love the explanations for things and what they do to the dish
I hope you can do some side dishes for those of us trying to eat healthier even when we don’t really care for veggies.
Looks delicious.
When reconstituting dried mushrooms I always strain my mushroom stock through a teabag at the end as there is almost always grit to be removed.
Nice recipe
Hi Jack. 🙂 Personally you don't need to change anything – really enjoy your channel the way it is. Love your recipes.
"Use however much you want" got me there hahahah 😂
That face @1:44 …lol..cracked pepper and this time "use as much as you want" lmao…🤣..another day another awesome recipe…thanks chef…dig in
Hmmmm…. Looks utterly delicious. Thanks so much Jack.x
Would love to see you do more work with meats in the kitchen. Living in an apartment without access to a grill or smoker gives limited options. You're great at explaining food science to the layman so I'd enjoy seeing your approach to cooking protein-centric meals or just how to prepare different types of proteins.
Mouth watering!
My one request would be some low/er calorie meal prep videos for those of us needing to maintain a calorie deficit while exercising. Your cream based dishes are VERY appealing, but they're a no-go right now. Thank you.
Extremely Rich … Smaller Portion? …. Challenge excepted friend! Amazing job 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
That lemon looked straight up cartoonish, the lemoniest lemon
Love your knifes set what brand are they? They look great in your kitchen👍🏼
I'm a fan of pop up text showing the measurements as I'm often cooking in a loud environment
Solicited advice 😁
You have 422k subscribers for a reason. You are obviously a hard worker and a great teacher. The only thing I would change is production quality. Sound and lighting seem a bit abrasive. I really do mean "a bit". It's almost there. Just needs some softness. Keep doing your thing though. I'll still watch it!
Keep the general format it’s perfect.
I would add nutritional information (not just for the meal prep series).
i tried your lasagne recipe, came out so good. I made it yesterday again. Definitely going to try this one too. thx!
