Can’t beat home cooked ribs. My mom has made them since I was a kid and I’ve never had better. The trick is to cook them in the oven for a couple hours before you grill or smoke them
Super stupid for not eating fiber daily. Also fasting starts when the stomach is empty.

If you decide to go carnivore, you will never physically feel better and stronger. Try it. Make sure you take in electrolytes. It helps a ton

Mission bbq started in my state (MD) and it’s honestly the best bbq place I have around me ! Wish I had a mom and pop spot I could go to, but mission always hits the spot when I have a bbq cravin
