As an asian i facepalmed so hard when she put raw uncut eggplants in airfryer, i bet it taste bitter … She should have cut, salt the eggplant and wipe them first before frying it

If you dig out the inside of the egg plant after air frying it a second time, (the inside "meat"should look transparent), then you can add some lemon juice, some spring onion, fried shallots and garlic and some chilli sauce (I use chicken rice chili), then mix it up! Its really delicious like that
That mix sauce is actually what I use to make fried noodles. So good. I will try this sauce to cook egg plant. Thanks because I always stuck when cooking the eggplant.
Can We just give props to the vegetarian oyster sauce. Every little change we make has an impact. Something as simple as a vegetarian sauce that doesn’t necessarily impact the final product…it’s just what we all should do. Thank you for making such a great example. Also I don’t even like eggplants but this is bomb!!!!
