Vegetarians, rejoice! Ratatouille is basically a potpourri of chopped vegetables that forms into something that can only be described as a vegetable stew so …
Enjoyed watchin this until the word ‘guys’.
Making this for the first time. Thx for the recipe Jeff.
Bravo. A great dish I make often on top of the stove in a large pan. Yes, great warm or cold. Outstanding with pasta or on top of eggs or over poached chicken or poached fish. Thank you for the video. Simply outstanding. jmo
Seriously a ratatouille without real tomatoes ? It's not une ratatouille.
This is the first thing I made in my new instant pot. Delicious. However… I bought the Duo Mini (3 qt) as I cook for one (me). I eyeballed the veggies before chopping them up and realized that they would never fit in the mini's pot. I cut everything in half and set one half aside for another time, then chopped the other half of each veggie. I did use the full can of tomatoes and full can of tomato paste and did use 1 cup of broth. I do not think the result was too "soupy" but YMMV. I don't know the percentage of IP users who depend on the mini but it is something to keep in mind as you produce future recipes.
Looks yummy
I alwsys brown diced bacon slices before putting in the onions.
I only use 3-4 different summer tuoe squash, no eggplant or peppers its jyst the way I learned to make it 40 years ago
Otherewise, I was basically looking for cooking time and you came through again, Jeffrey

Hi, Jeff! This looks AMAZING! Although, if you were to add some kind of meat to it, what would you suggest and how long would you cook it for? Would love your feedback/input. Thanks again for the great recipes. Keep it up, man! I’m TOTALLY a fan!
WOW!!!!! All I can say is WOW…… this was amazing, it was a hit with everyone, will definitely save in my recipes. THANK YOU!!!!
It is AMAZING!!!!!!!>>>ur2.pl/1035 It is as GREAT as "Eric" in the TV Infomercial/YouTube Video said it is! I love it!!!!! I purchased one for myself and one for my sister and she loves her Power Pressure Cooker XL as much as I love mine. Easy to use with step by step instructions. Cooks the food fast as promised with the flavor of hours of preparation and cooking. Eric, from the TV Infomercial and YouTube Videos, is an Excellent Instructor for this product. The Power Pressure Cooker XL also comes with very easy to follow instructions.
Youd make such a great hubby. Lol
Who doesn't like the smell of cooking onions??? My husband!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Jeffery, I made your Ratatouille last night and it is truly amazing! It was definitely restaurant quality! We love your recipes and your videos, thanks again for another great recipe! Cheers!
WOW, WOW, WOW, How "AMAZING" is this recipe! I added 2 cups of mushrooms and doubled the liquid veg stock. But My Wife and I "LOVED" this Ratatouille! Thank You so much for this Great recipe!
This was soooo good! I love how easy it was and I just bought the "Better than Bouillon" as you suggested in many of your videos and I LOVE IT! I wish I would've gotten this so much sooner! I really love how easy this is again, and I can memorize this one because of the simplicity. Thank you again! You are the best!
Tried this recipe tonight and it did not work. My Instant Pot never pressurized. I checked the seal, valve, and pin and everything was okay. I went on the IP support page and it lists this in the troubleshooting area "Meal had at least 1.5 to 2 cups of water (2 to 3 for 8 quart) or liquid with a watery type of consistency". Since there is only 1/2 cup of broth in this recipe, perhaps this is why my pot never got up to pressure. Any other thoughts? I love Pressure Luck recipes and was so looking forward to this one.
Can anyone tell me where I can find the background music to this video? Please
I made this last night an am enjoying now for lunch, this is by far the BEST ratatouille I have ever had. Thank you for sharing the recipe!!!
Something that is healthy for you is good for you? I don't understand.
Yum.
Jeff, I made this last night with one variation. I cut up into small pieces a half-pound of (have your Rabbi cover his ears. . . .,) bacon, and sauteed that in with the onions. . . . It was AWESOME!!!!!!!
Made both your Ratatouille & Shredded Chicken breast tonight – A-MAZ-ING!! Your instructions were awesome & easy to follow. I've never made ratatouille before but have always thought it sounded like it would be amazing. Keep the great recipes coming! Thank you SO MUCH! Deep South Alabama
Jeff…sorry I didn't get back to you…made this …for a single guy, I got 4 meals out of it…awesome recipe ! Thank you !
Thank you for sharing your videos. You have fun cooking and are fun to watch. Love my instant Pot!!!
Love you channel!!! Can you please make baby back ribs next! 😊
What kind of pepper went in after the kosher salt?
Love your videos Jeff. I was wondering why you don't incorporate Richard into more of your videos. Just curious if you have talked about that. Maybe he is the man behind the magical "snap", but he certainly could be the robin to your batman.
It's odd… there are several ingredients in this recipe that I dislike when they're flying solo (eggplant, squash, zucchini), and yet, weirdly, I love ratatouille. Can't wait to try this out. Keep the recipes coming, Jeff!
Ratatyummy………MMMMMMM. You go boy
Watched twice for possibilities. Closest you got was 'or one big zucchini' . Can't do much with that. Or can I?
Going a little "Fosse" at the end there? Looks good, thank you.
you promised…and here it is…will try it soon, used my IP for the first time Tuesday…love it…more veggies…love your channel !! Thank you
Wow that IS a potpourri of beautiful vegetables. I love how the sounds of the onions simmering soothes my insides on this cold and dreary day. This dish reminds me of my great aunt Cecil and I haven't really thought about her in a while, so thank you.
