What happened if we don't strain the mixture, thinking of the added fiber content to the tofu, anybody tried not straining the mixture?

This didnt work. It was more like thickened flour… And when i fried it… It failed miserably….i used dried beans soaked overnight.

You can buy chickpea flour very cheap, at Indian stores. Itβll save a step.
