I love this dish it's really a European staple I am next door to you guys I'm from exyogoslavia from Belgrade right next to Italy we are neighbors, and we make this dish all the time, we also use smoked meat, like you know smoked ham, smoked ribs and sausages , and we finished it off in the oven, and yes we use any type of white bean also..😇🌹
Iam disabled and don’t cook , Iam actually getting pleasure watching these . My daughter won a Julia childs scholarship 4 years ago for cooking 🧑🏽🍳. She took a year off her sgt detective police officer job . I think I can actually smell it . I had a step grandmother who was Italian I use to love her coffees ☕️. Thanks for bringing me joy .
