Happy New Year Kristi and family. Great video. I like your method for making the shake. I do add an ice cube or two last and reblend to cool the shake off. The peanut mix is good and I'm not a person that does everything peanut butter.

With the Ham & Cheese bites can you re-heat them or is it better to eat them cold say it's the next day?
When I bring the rotisserie chicken home from the store, I take all the meat off the bone and store just the meat. Doesn't take long when the chicken is warm. Just thought I would put that out there. š

Hey Kristi! Happy New Year! š I don't exactly meal prep. I prep ingredients. For example, when I buy ground beef, I freeze some in patties (either partly cooked for recipes where they will be cooked again in a sauce, etc. or uncooked for making hamburgers) and I will precook ground beef and freeze in 1 lb quantities (approximately 2 cups) for those recipes that start: "Take a pound of ground beef and cook and crumble until no longer pink…" š It only takes a minute or two to defrost in the microwave. I only make the mess once and it doesn't limit me to what we eat. Thank you for sharing these awesome ideas recipes! ā¤

Just curious would it be possible at all to make the pizza bites/ham and cheese balls into something sweet or is it just easier to find a fat bomb recipe instead? Iāve just been kind of wanting something hot instead of cold or frozen. And thereās so many recipes out there it gets kinda overwhelming knowing whatās actually good and whatās not.

I want to make everythingš
I prep protein yogurt for my husband for the weeks lunches, fill snack bags with thick sliced pepperoni and 1 oz. of cheese for snacks for him at work. I usually make some kind of roast on Sunday, last week it was a ham so I can use the meat during the week to make things like western eggs, omelets, broccoli ham and cheese soup, now ham and cheese bites, ham salad. Basically 1 roast on a Sunday turns into 6 different meals during the week, rarely repeated. And he gets a wrap, pork rinds and his protein yogurt for work and his meat and cheese snack. I have been eating one meal after breaking my fast with a collagen drink I have created using plain collagen, 3 drops of iodine, potassium chloride, magnesium glycinate, zero sugar lemonade powder and water, lots of water because I find the packets too sweet so I add 32 ounces water, over ice.

Everything looks so delicious. I think when I make the soup I will add the chicken bones for added flavor and remove when finished cooking for whatever collagen it may add to the soup base. Does this sound ok?

I went back and rewatched,you didnāt add water,correct. Iāve been adding cream,then filling filling to the top line with water,so itās okay not to use water,itās just a preference. I like your way better.

Almonds are high in oxalates. I just thought about your joints hurting and oxalates can cause joint issues. Just a thought. Hope your day is wonderful
