This was so inspiring! Vicki is great. Thanks for introducing her to us. By the way I love fenugreek seeds. They taste a little like licorice. I think it is Indian restaurants often have bowls for after the meal instead of a mint. I use High Carb Hannah’s recipe for lentil loaf. She uses fenugreek seeds in it and I love it.

I make a stir fry with cubed potatoes, fresh Fenugreek leaves, onion, garlic, green chilies, Coriander, red chili powder, turmeric and a tomato. It is very delicious!
