Perhaps it’s just me but I’ve never found any difference between searing the beef or not searing it ..But by gum that looks very tasty, will definitely try that one .
Sorry but you do it all wrong. Bacon always goes first. I have the pressure king pro and there’s no way you could seal that amount of beef in there. Should be sealed in a pan and then transferred
