Hi, REQUEST here: in need of a really good tasting basic ( master) muffin and separate scone recipe too, that I can add whatever we want, blueberry, cranberry orange, etc…. I love them in the stores, but every recipe I have tried seems to have little taste. Thank you!
It's easier to rake your leaves onto a large tarp and drag to your beds. Even if you have to use your truck to move them, unload on a tarp at your garden. Much easier!
Someone in the comment section recommended mowing up the whole leaves in the garlic bed otherwise they will not allow your garlic to sprout in the spring. Seems like a really good tip, so wanted to highlight it:) Great job!๐๐๐
Love it Becky..Yet another interesting vid & also explaining what your doing & whyโฆ.so so full of ideas that I can pass onto my older sis who had her 1st season with her new allotment this year..Thankyou for all your incredible vids huni โฃ๏ธโค๏ธ๐๐จโ๐ณxxx
Becky I dont know how you have the energy to do all that you do! You did such an awesome job putting you plant beds to bed! You put so much hard work & dedication into your garden. You deserve to see a plentiful harvest next spring!
Becky you will really love how easy it will be to plant this next spring. You did a great job putting the garden to bed for winter. Check out the fish bone meal fertilizer for your beds when you go to plant. Cannot wait to see this next year's videos
Dont compost questionable tomatoes at all. If you use any compost made from blighted tomatoes you will risk worse blight the next year. It sucks but blight needs to be burned.
Your such a hard working girl, love watching your Chanel, youโve spire me to get into my garden. Its spring in Australia and things are starting to grow really well. Enjoy your time away, you deserve a nice rest.๐ป๐๐ฅ๐
I just want to remind everyone.. it's not just putting the beds to bed – the weeds, the compost, the leaves.. etc. Keep in mind, Becky also has to stop what she's doing, move the camera, film the shot, go back, get the camera, set up the next shot, do the work, move the camera,.. etc., etc.. So she's doing even MORE work than what you realize, and Becky……. I just want to say you're AMAZING!!! The content you produce is fantastic, and really appreciate ALL your hard work!!!
Hi Becky, WoW, great Job. I just love your garden boxes. Sure beats the ground. You are such an inspiration. I planted a little garden this year, first time in 25 years. Next year is going to be wayyyy bigger. Thank you for all your tips.
Becky, i do a permaculture version of gardening. So, i leave root balls in ground and lay all leaves, debris and branches on top of the garden for a few days (3-5). Than, spread manure/yard debris/leaves, compost, till it all up and leave it until spring. Than, in the spring we add in more compost, manure and till it all up again. Than, its ready for planting. But, generally speaking permaculture is my favโฆmost efficient, economical and most of all easiest for me. Lol, am a KISS Theory GirlโฆKeep It Simple Stupid aka KISS ๐
You should ask companies with gardening tools and machine to allow you to test them and advertise on the channel . You get free equipment and sponsorship
Hi, you did accomplished a lot. Have you thought maybe put some gravel road between the beds. It keeps the outside cleaner snd less muddy. Plus cleans water that will benefit the soil.
Thanks for sharing, but do you really need that much garden? It seems like youโre throwing away a lot of food. And are you going to be able to maintain that amount of work every year? Iโm just concerned.
I love your little helper hens, they're so cute and so tame around you. Please throw a pile of that composting material that you stashed behind their run into their run for them, they will enjoy it and turn it into compost for you as well. You are an inspiration to many of us with your gardening.
You go girl! You are gardening on such a large scale and being a blessing to your husband and extended family! So much work, but I love watching your progress. Someday I will have a garden again, but for now we are a mobile Army family.
I use a large tarp to rake the leaves onto the tarp, then drag the tarp to wherever i want to move the leaves. You can put a tarp on your truck bed & then just pull out the tarp to access all the leaves!
Iโm exhausted. Honest. Question is should you cut your garden down to half the present size? Would it be more manageable thus less hard work, and a better and enjoyable experience? Hard work is good but even harvesting and processing your produce your running a ten person into one mostly. Just saying. I love your videos. I donโt want you so exhausted or injured your body. ๐ฅฐ๐ถ๐ซ๐ฅ๐๐๐
I live in a small country town but I'm still very in town so I don't know if my neighbors would love the smells. Do you have any suggestions on how to store the manure with less smell?
Check out The Rusted Garden his name is Gary he is awesome. Everything from organic pest control to seed saving, dressing and preparing beds and fertilizing. And I am the same when it comes to anxiety…the garden is my peace of mind. Don't forget to stop and have time for yourself though. Don't overdo it. Life is too short.
OMG Girl, you need to call in some troops to help you do this and then pay them in free canned items! So many hands would make your work lighter! I don't garden, so you are amazing to me!
I just love your channel I am looking forward to my garden this next year! You have inspired me. I am from Oregon as well I live on the outskirts of Mcminnville in the country. I am wanting to do raised beds as well.
I use to wake my leaves on to a tarp or old sheet and then either drag them where I wanted and dump them. Less trips@bending over for sure! I think you did good with your garden@look at all the food you grew! The money you saved@like you said; fresh air,sun,exercise@time with your chicken's! It's Alot of work, but you have Alot to show for it.

'Our garden' why does that sound so odd but so true?
You might enjoy watching the veggie boys
You cook, garden, do all of the winter prep, jar preserves , full time job, married and I never see your husband helping you out.

Some may grow back even cutting them back
I really enjoy your video โs but itโs to much work for you by yourself with working full time.

Picloram ๐ If the farmer sprayed the hay fields with herbicide it will pass through the horse and be persistent in the manure
Becky, you are a beast. Kudos to you girl!
Becky I learn so much from your channel, I think Iโm going to make cranberry jam for giving gifts ๐
You did it all sweetie, not we๐ I know your parents are so proud of you because I am. God bless Becky and I know you will sleep well tonight ๐
You did so good! The wet leaves and manure were heavier but it will be good to help them break down plus a little more gym action for you. : )
Love your little chicken friend watching everything your doing.
Alot of work but so worth it. I got tired watching you
I liked your voice over a lot. Gardening does so much, including being a very good way to exercise and keep your heart healthy!

I just love your channel I am looking forward to my garden this next year! You have inspired me. I am from Oregon as well I live on the outskirts of Mcminnville in the country. I am wanting to do raised beds as well.
