You really should specify manufacturer with the jiggler gage. Not all of us use All American canners. I use a presto which is supposed to have a slow, rhythmic, consistent rock. This can be confusing to a newbie. Otherwise, great video. I'm trying to get into canning more of my meat and no relying on the deep freezer.
My husband is currently out slaughtering our old hens, I'm about to put them in the canner. Perfect timing!
