Researching Mexican Pot Roast recipes and ran across yours. Looks good and will definitely be riffing off this tomorrow. Love the enthusiasm!
the music you got going on is really annoying , do away with all that bass, really annoying
Had this tonight and it was the best pot roast I ever had.
I made this for last night’s dinner as I had braising steak cubes that I needed to use. I didn’t have everything (like chipotle peppers in adobo sauce) so I made a couple of small substitutions but it turned out well and I’m looking forward to making it again. I had a small bit of the sauce left and couldn’t bear to throw it away so I froze it and hopefully can use it on something!
Thanks for the great recipes.
PS photos are on my Instagram and I tagged you. Thanks again.
Very nice!
After browning the meat and onions/garlic could I transfer it to the crock pot and add the rest of the ingred, but decrease the beef broth a little?????? Look forward t your suggestions on this. Love your videos and recipes.
I would add potatoes but which ones are the best to use?
hey rockin robin whats tha damn deal…im a Texas OG who smokes weed, gets the munchies then tells my wife to look you up and get to work. She is a white girl who now cooks like a Mexican. Women want to be told what to do. I tell her once …with my mouth. If I have to tell her again…she gets a right cross. Thanks for giving me a lot of things to make my wife do. I just love to see her dumbass sweating in the kitchen doing her best not to piss me off with over seasoned food. Thanks rockin robin your the sheet!!!
Made this for dinner tonight and it was a success. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
