I wish we had a Butcher, my last city had one, the current one does not. In spite of the town sign saying, and I quote; "Welcome to cow country"
We want a Sam the Cooking guy housetour!
Only Sam would buy a 2lb steak to make a finger sandwich.
Another Sam masterpiece
Made it with a sam's club cowboy steak. NOT as good looking as yours (old vertical smoker)nbut still a GREAT new twist on steak. I and that sauce…OMG! I loved it!! Thanks guys.
Love your channel, but I die inside every time you over cook a beautiful steak. Staying on the heat to 125 is borderline medium. With resting time I suspect that steak went over 135 before you sliced it. Lets see some rare steak.

You love propane grills.
85 dollar steak, sheeeesh
Hello Sam. I am new to San Diego and have not found a great butcher. Do you have one you recommend? Thank you
the sauce is essentially a Chimichurri no?
Just made this and it is amazing! Can't wait to try this sauce on other stuff!
Damn Sam! That looks good!
When Sam says neutral oil. Is he talking about avocado oil?
Looked at t-shirts and seems like the selection is a little low. Will you be restocking soon??? Loved the video with the jalapeño sauce. Gonna try this weekend. Thanks
I heard that they/them when talking about the butcher employees. I feel so seen rn. Thank you! 💕
Taking off the burnt? You’ve been missing out your entire life, Mexican food güey😂🤙🏽
It’s not actually the seeds that make a chilli spicy, it’s the membrane that they’re attached too.
Too raw, sorry. 10 more degrees for me
With peace and love!
I want that lemon squeezer!
I just want your garlic press 😩😩😩
Sam, I followed this one pretty closely and duplicated it yesterday with the tools I have and it was without a doubt the best steak variation I ever made. Thank you for the continued inspiration!
Judging by Sams Face about the chiwawa, that dog must be trouble 😂
Sam I was your first sub can I get a pan for free
Thanks, now I'm hungry AF!
👍👍👍
