To keep the cheese from getting over done, I cook with out cheese then near the end I add it. Learned that so many years ago from an Italian friend and it really is the key to any pizza ! Cheers and a great video thanks!

I definitely want to try these recipes!
I always put my pizza toppings on top of the cheese as well, but my mom always put them under the cheese as well.
I love broccoli and velveeta also. 😋

I need to try the chicken cordon blu . I do not use my air fryer everyday. I need more kitchen space for all my gadgets. I so want the cheese grader. I also watch Mandy in the making. Have you ever used cream cheese in your stroganoff? I made a home made sauce a few months ago and just started added stuff together that needed to be used from my fridge and ended up making kind of like a homemade Alfredo stroganoff with ground turkey meat(Costco) garlic, onions, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, sour cream, ranch seasoning, mozzarella cheese and a little milk because it got too thick. My son LOVED it. Oh and I used mini penne pasta with it. An experiment that turned out right yay! Lol oh have you ever made Crack chicken? Bacon, ranch seasoning, chicken; seasoning and water. I made it in my instant pot served it over egg noodles the first time and mashed potatoes the 2nd time. Ok I’ll stop there. Lol so happy you’re back! Love your videos. 😁
