I’m confused. You used leeks in the video, but I don’t see them in the recipe in the cookbook. Is this “Betty’s Beef Stew?”
I love your recipes! I'm a person who really appriciates all those little, time consuming notes and recipes in your book. My gluten free, dairy free life is further complicated by a severe legume allergy so I can't find foods that are premade and safe to eat. The section at the back of "Eat what you love" is a life saver. I'm wondering if a flax egg and cornstarch instead of arrowroot will work in your chicken pot pie recipe?
I have been out of touch with your videos for quite some time. I just consult your books when I need a recipe. But, oh my, your little girl is getting so big. Beautiful family. And again, I am so truly grateful for your hard work and dedication to give us such wonderful food to eat.
