Question hope someone can answer: I’ve a BMI of about 22% body fat. My fat is all located on my core, should I be in a calorie deficit? I work our daily lifting and cardio. Thank you.

I just had a baby 7 weeks ago. I went to the gym the first time in a very long time. I have gained so much weight my knees hurt. I'm positive about getting back into shape but I wanted to know what can I do for diastasis recti? I heard women with it can't do crunches or sit ups to strengthen their core. Then what can we do?

    Thanks for this video!!!
I don't drink anymore, been 3 months since my last drop. Due to Thyroid problem and of course cutting sugar out, I drink black coffee. I'm learning so much from your channel! Thank you so very much!!

    – Caloric deficit of atleast 500cals per day to loose 1lb of fat per week
    – Realistic about how long this process will take…0.5% body fat loss per week is realistic for a woman
    – Be smart about carbs…more fiber (at least 20g/day for a woman ), less sugar
    – Include some natural fat-burning herbs like cayenne
    – Avoid excess consumption of processed food to control insulin levels
    – Stop drinking calories including alcohol…drink water, black coffee and tea
    – Reframe your mind….what can I eat to feel my best
    – Reduce stress which spikes cortisol
    – Get plenty of quality sleep

Thank you for the tips. I will definitely try to be more mindful and realistic about my goals. I'm glad that you put the time line in for fatloss. That really helps put things in perspective.

I was just thinking this! Found you yesterday and already applying these. Great tips. Big blessings. question I have noticed my abdominal area feels more solid but it’s much firmer (is this normal it feels like it’s protruding).

Thank you for an incredible upload and thank you for explaining how long it really takes to lose body fat because it really puts things into perspective for me. My issue has always been my size L cup boobs (I’m on a waiting list for breast reduction surgery) which have always contributed to my reluctance to work out (can’t stand it when my flat chested friends suggest things like running when I haven’t ran since the nineties) but you’re videos are always sensible and wise and for that I’m eternally grateful. There are so many dodgy YouTube fitness videos out there and the weight loss industry makes something like 4.3 billion dollars globally annually selling and promoting things they acknowledge DO NOT WORK, so it’s refreshing to see a channel that’s well researched and based on actual facts and information for a change x 🏋🏻‍♀️

My favorite part of this video is when you explain how to think of how much fat I want to lose in a realistic time frame. I calculated that it will take me about 3.5 months to get to where I wanna be. And again, thank you for the free blueprint, it was the missing piece of the puzzle I needed to understand how much protein I need to pair with how much carbs. It's so much easier now!
