When i make dishes that feature melting cheese, I would always use bake paper: it means that the cheese can be rescued and not lost and it also saves on the washing up. Thanks for the recipes.

If one is getting out a pan to brown the meat, why would one not just pour in the eggs/vegetables and put the whole thing in a 350° oven for 6-10 minutes?

a big part of me wants to think these videos just exist to advertise the awful reptitive music…. given, I found the music in this video was quite catchy … for the first couple of minutes, like it was supposed to get me hyped up about making these dishes …. but to end up wishing after that 1-2 minute mark, that the music would change or just go silent …… or better yet …. wish the video would suddenly end and save my sanity.
Yall could have done so much better. Just giving my perspective from a Gordon Ramsay perspective.
