    涨知识了,之前做的赛螃蟹总感觉口感差一些原来是我没有放水淀粉.以前只知道加柠檬汁可以更好的去蛋腥味儿 现在知道了还可以更好的打发.周日的低碳饮食就定了赛螃蟹和代糖无淀粉版舒芙蕾啦!谢谢你们❤️

    Thank you for this video. It's very helpful in eating eggs. I will try the pizza one for my granddaughter. She loves pizza, but not eggs. if I combine the two together, i think she could like it. And I will add a bit vegies on the pizza.

    补充几点:1 空气舒芙蕾和赛螃蟹,煎蛋,都全程小火,火大了容易糊,家里如果有测温枪,保持在120-140摄氏度就可以了。2 这期灵感主要来源于老麦,因为她平时不怎么爱吃鸡蛋,所以就想着能多变化几种方式,说不定就喜欢了呢。结果没想到还挺给面子,基本都可以接受。也希望你们的宝宝也都喜欢吃鸡蛋❤️
