Good stuff here, but when you add cheese to your hamburger, just put it on top of the burger, and close the air fryer. You don’t need to turn the air fryer back on. The heat inside will melted just fine. Also, I’m thinking I’m going to try the fajitas, but I’m going to stir everything up like you did in a bowl, but also add the Mexican seasoning in the bowl before I put it in the fryer. 😁

I discovered a great meatloaf tip, if you don't have eggs on hand. I remember (as a kid, being kind of grossed out by hearing about cake mixes) you can use mayonnaise, as a replacement for eggs. I tried making meatloaf with my homemade seasoned mayo, when I was out of eggs. You won't believe the results! It's a little softer than using eggs, but it's so tasty!! If you have any suggestions to perfect it, I'd appreciate it! My mayo mix is mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Also, try substituting any oil with bacon grease (not healthy, but tasty! Especially if you season your bacon ahead of time!) All about the recycling!!

I had/have/but don't use, my instant pot air/crisp fryer..I got a COSORI! and I am so excited for it to be delivered (a day or two), so excited!!!!..I am older, live alone and it just seems, this will be so much easier for me with perfect size portions, fast & delicious recipes.
