    I hate laundry. Q: do you use a basket or do you carry stacks of laundry to the bedrooms/closets? What I have to do is when I’m folding I stack it by person/type (so socks are together, pants, etc). I can’t put it on the bed or dresser either or it will be there 2 weeks later. It also just looks like SO MUCH when it’s on the bed/dresser. I have to pull it out of the basket and then put it directly in the drawer. We use tall laundry hampers so I can”t have them in the way or the klutz (I.e. me) will trip over them, so I have to take out all of the laundry and put it away before I can put the baskets back in the closets and out of my way. I feel stupid writing this…but I had the same problem and this has helped me a lot.

    @Nicole Burgess have you ever considered doing the compound lifts and lifting heavier? If you aren't considering it, can you explain why? I remember when you were still showing your workouts you were doing moderate reps with moderate weights. Is that still correct?

    Let us know if Phase 1 changes your feelings about making the bed because I would like to know. My husband is a military man and can't fathom why it is so hard for me lol.

    I tried using my heavy duty kitchen aid immersion blender on the Sam's club almond butter that I bought today and it legit burnt the motor out on my stick blender……😞

    Thanks for sharing Nicole! I start Phase 1 next Monday and this is really helping! I’m glad I took off this wk because the shark is here and I have the UTI from H€££!!!! So bad I thought it was my gallbladder but it was kidney spasms! I will be better by next Monday and ready to make it my b!+(h!!!! I’m having FOMO over the waffle cone coffee, off to Amazon to look for it!Thanks for the 🔥motivation !💕
