Great video!!! I was always using only a tiny bit of baking powder. Did not know I was supposed to use more! And I was covering with foil in order to avoid getting water dripped onto my baking. AND I was using quick release. DOH. So many mistakes.

Thanks Laura. I think if you should ever do a review or somthing, the heat proof containers bit should be somewhere earlier as well. I wouldn't do desserts but those silicon containers may help with not over cooking veg (and maybe meat) in my mind and might even help with my earlier broccoli query. If I had decided to only watch the videos with subject lines I was interested in, I would have missed that 😉 But maybe you said that earlier and my brain didn't retain it ……. Always someone and I'm sorry that's me. You have done a fantastic job!

Great cooking advice, but can you chill on the excessive sound levels ? Your edits don't have consistent decibel levels. It's irritating like TV shows that go turn up to loud commercial breaks. I feel like whoever is doing your final edits is more worried about plugging their soundcloud account than actually making your videos come out as great as your meals.

Ciao Laura, loooooooooove the videos! You do a great job and I'm "trying hard" to get my first electric pressure cooker; I'm not there yet since I leave in Europe and unfortunately the options are limited right now. Congratulations for your work! Grazie mille e ciao cara!

Who lives 1640 feet under the ocean (-1640 in the illustration), much less is cooking in a pressure cooker? There is no place on earth that low that isn’t under water, and even submarines (that carry humans) are pressurized way above that depth. Silly example.

    Love the videos!
Am in the UK but have snapped the handle off my Fissler Vitavit Premium pressure cooker. Any idea where I can get a replacement? Handle rather than the whole lid!
    Thanks 🙂
