Wait… there's someone actually offended that you use pre-minced garlic?!? Seriously??? I must be missing something or else that person needs to get their own damn YT channel with 827K subbies and see how many times they unwittingly "offend" people by just being themselves and living life their way. Jeesh! I always love your videos even though you take shortcuts that I don't anymore. My only child is almost 21 but still lives at home… and we have always and still do eat together every night with very rare exceptions. I've adjusted to cooking for 3 adults now but when he was younger and had sports, band, etc.we ate a lot of convenience foods. My health has been rough the past few years and we made big changes just before the world fell apart… gardening, canning the harvest, freeze dryer to retain more nutrients, paying more for pastured meats and cleaner ingredients, etc. That said, I would never be offended that you don't cook like I do or that you use a convenience ingredient! I wish you had videos showing folks how easy and nutritional better making bone broth in you IP is, and then show using your handmade broth in your cooking videos. Even just saving the broth made from cooking up chicken breasts in the IP when shredding chicken is better than most of the stuff in cartons at the store. I can my bone broth to make it shelf stable but I save my chicken broth from cooking breasts and then use it the next day to cook pasta in or to make soup out of fridge leftovers. But your channel isn't about homemade from scratch cooking, and I respect that. There are other channels I turn to for those recipes and IP techniques. The best thing is, with the recipes from your channel and the know how from scratch cooking channels, I can take the best parts of each to make the recipe my own. 30 min meals using home grown or home preserved foods, minus all the preservatives, pesticides, and herbicides including in commercially prepared foods. Anyone offended by you using premade garlic can click off and go watch all the other channels that no doubt offend them too.

I make something very similar to that pizza roll but I call them Pizza bombs! Also one of the most delicious calzones you can get in my state and I love it love it is spaghetti with meat sauce and you can put it right in those rolls if you had leftovers! 🙂

When I was in nursing student and I was doing clinicals at Maine medical Center I went into the cafeteria one day for lunch and they had the most beautiful great big sub sandwich that you could buy by the inch!! I had that every day either an inch or two inches and it was one of my favorite lunches when I worked at the hospital! 🙂

So excited for the new addition to your family! Would you, or your sisters, be willing to share some recipes that are more for toddlers/infants? Of course take some time off to relax after the new baby is here and just know we are rooting for you from afar!

I have no family and I sit in the living room and eat supper on a tray if I decide to eat that day. My caregiver and her 4-year-old boy have become family and he calls me nanny like I called my grandmother! 🙂

It's just my husband and me, no kids. We're retired so we eat together all the time and I cook–so we don't really need a challenge to do it. That might be fun for big families though. I constantly challenge myself to come up with new menus because I like variety with food.

Lately my meal planning consists of going into the kitchen right before supper time standing in the middle of the floor staring blankly into the air and saying……what's for supper….

I live alone and cook for myself. I'm not too much of a casserole person or a sandwich person. My average dinner is usually a nicely cooked piece of meat, beef pork or chicken, some brown rice or roasted baby potatoes and a vegetable. I like to keep it simple. I just made the sweet and sour meatballs in the instant pot for the first time last year and they were to die for! I've been making those chili sauce and grape jelly meatballs since the 80s! They are always a crowd-pleaser.
