    I was taking magnesium all the time and I stopped a while ago and I have been in a lot of pain, so it might be that I haven't been taking the magnesium Im so glad the you have reminded me on doing that.

    I love watching your channel.. I found you watching Tiffani beaston! I wondered if I can ask your advice? I live in New Zealand and had 8 miscarriages then two live births.. after having my first son I got diagnosed with postnatal depression then since my second son I have postnatal depression and anxiety and I am trying everything I can I am on meds I see a psychiatrist and I am trying to eat better and do things that are healthier for myself and family! I know you have hormones balancing smoothies can I take these with meds and I also have erosion and ulcers in my gut from meds I was on years ago for gynie pain through my specialist so when I need iron I get infusions because it doesn't absorb any other way so is it worth me trying your recipes also? Aliesha x

    How can I get this magnesium glycinate for my kids. I can’t find it in a chewable. I am only finding the mag citrate in natural calm gummies. Will it mix into a smoothie

    Wonderful video, as always! I appreciate that you said “release” weight in your “know your why” portion of the video. My why is for nourishment and teaching my children. I’d like to suggest that you get a better microphone or maybe the big fuzzy attachment for your mic. When you say the ‘s’ sound, it’s so sharp, it actually sounds like a high pitched whistle. I thought it was just me and then my kids held their ears when your video came on and they said the same thing. I also told my friend about your videos and she said she couldn’t handle your ‘s’ being so sharp. I know you didn’t ask so let me apologize but I do hope making this upgrade to your mic will help grow your channel. It’s pure and you care. ❤️‍🩹
