This looks awesome, and I have made Crock Pot Tortilla Soup before, but I gave my kids my brand new crockpot, which they disposed of for a new Insta-Pot a few years back. I was a little miffed, I hope they got money out of it at a garage sale or something at least. I don't use their Insta-Pot, the digital timer is wonky, so I will improvise to stovetop. I am already thinking of a great salsa to use. I always offer cilantro and Pico de Gallo, and Mexican cheeses(cotija, Oaxaca, etc.) black olives, jalapenos, and Mexican Crema for sour cream. Most will pass over those options, but I like them.
Made this tonight at work. Everyone loved it. I couldn't find the corn with peppers, so added a small can of chili peppers. Tasted GREAT!!!!!
I would do this but with real real chicken.

FYI; IF YOU POUR SOME OF THE JUICE FROM CANS, YOU CAN PUT LID ON SALSA JAR; SHAKE TO THIN & LOOSEN THE REST OF WHAT'S LEFT & POUR IN.
Having the camera see down into the crockpot would be appreciated as you are prepping.
