Hi Jill, your roast looked scrumptious! I was wondering what the tomato paste does for this recipe and how much did you add? I have never put tomato paste with cream of mushroom soup. I have used all the other ingredients though. Also I never know which roast to buy so sometimes mine are good and sometimes not, therefore I don't make them very often. Thanks for this video.

I love Better Than Bouillon. I never used those little rocks from Wyler and Knorr, it was like licking a salt block. This is fascinating; I have a roast in my icebox and I'm going to try this in the next day or so.
