I previously had a larger size of this rice cooker do7.pl/ARiceCooker until someone tried to cook rice without the inner pot. I loved that cooker, but decided a stove top pan would work as well. NOT! Then I purchased an Instant Pot thinking I could have 3 appliances in one. Again NOT! This guy is smaller than the original cooker I had, but so is my family now. The deception would be calling it a 2 to 8 cup cooker. What they really mean is the cup they give you in the box. Their cup is 34 of an 8 ounce cup. They do make this clear in the small recipe booklet, but I did not see that previous to purchase. So I'm not great at math but this will max make eight 34 cup servings. I like that it is smaller and so light weight. So long my ten pound InstaPot.
