This is great video! I was worried I'd be triggered since I recovered last year from a 15 year battle with my eating disorder. But we went through the same thing, therapy helped and body acceptance helped me connect and stay present. Intuitive eating dietician helped too. Now I just need to work in my relationship with movement. I still associate it with punishment.

So right about “no bad foods.” I’m learning to eat everything I like but just not a trough full. MyFitnessPal is helping. I’m staying within my allotted calories, eating a variety of foods, and losing steadily. Our garden also helps. Eating more fruits and veggies from our garden, eating seasonally, and learning new recipes based upon what’s growing.
