In our household it only me who is on a gluten free diet. I also am allergic to dairy. Thankfully my boys and hubby can eat everything. My daughter has been a vegetarian since she has been 6 yrs old.

Hi Jennifer, I watch your videos all the time but I do it from my TV so I cannot click on like from there-that I currently know of. I have 3 boys. One is a teenager and my other 2 are 10 &11 and my 10 year is very picky. I love your plates and forks that match. My oldest son is 15 and we were watching you last night and he said he would have loved to get a lunch like what you do when he was that age as the lunches I made for him back then were not the best. ARGH!!! lol. Anyway, I homeschool them and that is full-time so I really need to get this together. My kids mean that much to me and I want them to be happy. I am a subscriber to your channel and I can say I loved it from the very first time I seen your first video, I am so excited to have seen this one because I have a nine yr old little boy which is a type 1 diabetic and this is very helpful tips since he has to be on a special diet looking out for them carbohydrates and sugar so that I can keep his insulin controlled it's a struggle because I am new to all this I try to give him lots of natural foods most of the time as well.
